The Church Is Full Of Hypocrites

Have you ever heard anyone say that before? I’m sure we’ve all heard that myth at some point. It’s probably the most well-known, often repeated myth about the church. It is the old standby, the trump card, the mother of all excuses for not attending church. Well, today we’re starting a sermon series on myths about the church by looking at this most familiar myth about the church, that the church is full of hypocrites. It’s a myth because it is simply not true.
